Our Story
Combining a lifelong love of coastal living with deep expertise in construction and project management, David Conine founded Conine Coastal Development to shape the future of Northeast Florida through thoughtful land development and master planning.
Growing up in a Navy family and spending half his life in the Jacksonville area, David understands the First Coast — its terrain, its communities, and its growth potential — like few others.
After earning his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of North Florida and a Master's Certificate in Real Estate Investing from Harvard University, David brings a rare combination of technical construction knowledge and strategic development vision to every project.
